Otoplasty is an outpatient surgical procedure. The procedure itself is performed through a well-concealed incision behind the ear. Sometimes cartilage is removed, reshaped, or augmented to correct the position of the outside ear. Scarring is almost unnoticeable, the surgery will not affect the hearing in any way, and the change will be permanent.Many of our patients have confirmed for us that this particular surgical procedure has had a tremendous impact on their overall confidence and wellbeing.
